Return & Refund Policy – Ozura

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns for Opened Packages

If you have opened and inspected the product, you may still return it within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Partial Refund: Opened items are eligible for a 50% refund of the item's purchase price.

• Condition: The returned item must be fully functional, undamaged, and free of any user-caused defects or wear. Products damaged by the customer are non-refundable.

2. Returns for Unopened Products (Full Refund)

If your package is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Note: Return shipping costs for both opened and unopened items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of arrived with clear photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost after verification.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, standard return rules apply.
